Infrastructure Project Manager - Hybrid - Princeton, NJ Posted date: 02/18/2025 Infrastructure Project Manager No Visa Candidates., Princeton, NJ Hybrid Role (3 Days onsite) Immediate Interviews We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) who will be responsible for managing infrastructure projects including but not limited to supporting the network upgrades, office / data centre relocations, Active Directory upgrades, Server upgrades, ServiceNow enhancements and new feature implementation, etc. within the Infrastructure & Engineering PMO. The PM plays a key role in the delivery of high-quality, on-time projects while ensuring that both the Infrastructure organization and the PMO are regularly and effectively communicated to and that there is transparency in the identification and handling of risk, issues and dependencies. This role requires someone who is a proven project management professional, is self-driven, has great attention to detail with excellent spoken and written English. The successful candidate will be able to cultivate relationships with team members within Global Technology as well as with our business unit partners. This person must possess an understanding of traditional project management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc., and should also be familiar with both traditional and agile techniques for delivering projects. The successful candidate will be competent working with both Microsoft and Google products, e.g., slides, sheets, word, excel, PowerPoint, etc. Job Description · All facets of Project management of multiple I&E projects, e.g., scope, risk, quality, communication management, etc. · Regular status reporting requirements met with quality and punctuality · Create executive level presentations · Work with team members to develop project plan(s) incorporating both technical, functional, operational, and business tasks along with detailed cutover activities · Ensures entry into and exit out of stage gates are met · Acts as a point of escalation for issues, proactively bringing about appropriate interventions when timelines may be jeopardized · Coordinates cutover activities for pre and post go-live · Tracking of cutover and conversion deliverables resolving discrepancies or process issues relating to cutover · Develops back-out and contingency plans · Coordinates requirements for go-live · Monitors relevant project data and progress · Communicate with the leadership team including status, progress, issues, etc. Requirements & Preferred Qualifications: · 5+ years of technical project management experience · Experience managing data center relocations, office moves & mods, infrastructure upgrades, e-mail migrations, domain migrations, and other infrastructure related activities. · Skilled in customer facing activities covering requirements gathering, data preparation, coordinating go-live / cut-overs and documentation preparation · Prior technology implementation experience with large global, multinational organizations · Comfortable in adapting working hours to align with demands of communication across multiple global time zones · Ability to create and provide clear and transparent reporting of for senior leadership · Ability to problem solve creative solutions utilizing technology to alleviate manual processes · Excellent strategic individual with analytical and problem solving skills. Self-starter, able to operate with minimal direction. · Ability to manage relationships and deliverables from associated stakeholders · Strong influencing skills are needed and the ability and experience working with leaders and stakeholders across the organization · Excellent customer service and communication skills, with an ability to understand and communicate complex functional and technical solutions to HR and end users. · Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at one time under pressure. · Exhibit a high level of attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, and creativity. · Effectively manage confidential data, and professional work with colleagues in establishing and adhering to data governance standards. · Effective written and verbal communicator · PMP or other relevant certifications are desirable · Agile delivery experience a plus Ashok Jadhav |

Individuals are expected to be multi-skilled in all areas (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing) to complete daily/weekly work assignments successfully. Job Responsibilities: Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components. Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds, and production equipment as it pertains to assigned buildings. Study and become familiar with the various items of equipment, and the methods required to use them properly, that are required in everyday activities. This includes building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and any other building-related equipment.
